What are the Little Light Colored White Bumps Under or Beneath Rim of Head of Penis, Where it Meets Shaft? What Causes Penile Papules?

I recently noticed that there are small light skin colored or white bumps under the head of my penis where the penis meets the shaft. The ridge that exists where the head meets the shaft is ringed by these little ... Bumps around penis.

The penile papules appeared as several rows of small, flesh-colored, or little lighter thsn that somewhat whitish and smooth, dome-topped bumps just like small pearls and they are situated circumferentially around the corona or sulcus of the glans penis.

On researching about them a little, I found they are called commonly as 'Pearly Penile Papules' or medically as "Hirsuties papillaris genitalis".

I was so embarrassed with this first of all, because I always keep my genitals clean and hygenic. And this really bothered me to have sex, my wife is the one who noticed and told me about them. I was certain that it shouldn't be related to any sexually transmitted disease since we are in a monogamous relationship for a very long time.

This little bumps under the penis head really bothered me, my wife didn't like to perform oral..ans so am I. I was very particular to get rid of them...on researching a little I found that there are no medicines to treat them...and this is common ...particularly on middle aged uncircumcised men (papules aome and go, decreases as one ages) and they are absolutely not related to any disease and they are totally harmless...if anyone is bothered to get rid of these little bumps under the head of penis...the only option is removing with either CO2 laser or go for an electrosurgey with a hyfrecator.

I thought oh god, who will dare to remove these penile papules with co2 laser and complicate things further, and i researched further to discover some amazing natural remedies at http://penilepapules.cz.cc

Followed them for just 3 days and my penile papules or small bumps under my penis head were completely gone. I am so happy now ...eventhough the pearly small bumps under the head of penis pose no risk...I was very concious about it and embarrassed..but now even if the little bumps under penis head come back...I now know how to get rid of them.

Thanks to Josh Marvin of Pearly Papules Removal.

It is nothing you need to worry about. It is not an STD. They are very common in men and sometimes disappear and reappear on their own, If you are embarrassed by them, they can be removed by a laser by a dermatologist. By the way, doctors really don’t know why some people get them and some don’t. They are more common in circumcised men though.

ppp as i know of it is more common in uncircumsized males. until quite recently i thought they were normal until my girlfriend called attention to them. she was probably worried that they were some form of std but since i have had these all my life before having sex i allayed her fears. ot be fair its hardly supprising i thought it was normal as i dont generally go looking for close up cock shots and was supprised when she drew attention to them lol. as they neither bother me or interfere with sexual performance. and it doesnt bother her i see no reason to get expensive and time consuming surgery. lets be honest now it just means i have a little extra by way of stimulation for her down there :)
