Looks like pearly penile papules but less severe…?
They are in the same place around where the tip of the penis starts out, they just showed up a month ago, the urologist said that it was not an STD even though he did not test me and said it was normal but they were never there and I was never one to trust a doctor 100%. They are much smaller then any image I saw of pearly penile papules though….
